We guarantee the provision of free service for Dynatone digital piano for 2 years limited warranty from purchase date is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

1. This warranty applies to Dynatone digital piano purchased for domestic use in Malaysia and Brunei from Dynatone authorized dealers, whereby the product has been supplied by Dynatone (Malaysia).


2. This warranty covers service by Dynatone (Malaysia) or by our Dynatone Authorized Service Dealers, in Malaysia and Brunei only.


3. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and defects arising from normal usage within the warranty period. Dynatone (Malaysia) or its authorized service dealers will at its option and without charge, repair or replace the defective components or parts of the product. Any parts replaced under warranty shall become the property of Dynatone (Malaysia).


4. This warranty card is not replaceable in the even of loss.

5. First year of warranty covers parts and parts transportation costs from manufacturer. Second year warranty covers parts and repair costs, however, parts transportation cost from manufacturer is not covered.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THIS WARRANTY

1. Defect caused by attack of household pests, fire, lightning, act of God, pollution, power surge, abnormal voltage or usage of generator.


2. Product being damaged due to alteration by consumer or repaired by unauthorized person, misuse, negligence, riots, unforeseen accidents, corrosion or any other external factors.


3. Product being damaged due to commercial usage (warranty covers for household usage only.)


4. Any indirect or consequential damages.


5. Defect caused by not following "PRECAUTIONS" in the manual.


6. Body parts arise in respect to wear and tear, aging, scratch is not covered by warranty.


7. Warranty excludes remote control, batteries and all other accessories.

PLEASE NOTE : You are required to present the warranty card with the purchase receipt for your free warranty service, failing which the company or its authorized service dealer reserves the right to decline any warranty claim.

CAUTION : Customers are advised to install adequate electrical surge protection devices for their equipment to minimize lightning/electrical surge related damage.
